This Privacy Policy explains how Greedin Consulting DOO (Bar, Montenegro) processes personal data of buyers and students of the online course “B2B Cold Outreach Course”.

1. Data we collect

• Email address and name — to create your account and grant course access.
• Learning activity (logins, lessons viewed, comments) — to operate the platform.
• Optional Telegram username / chat id — only if you link Telegram yourself.
• Payment data is not collected by us. Card and billing details are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We only receive the email and the fact of a successful payment.

2. Why we process it (legal basis)

• Performance of a contract — to provide the course you purchased.
• Legitimate interest — platform security and analytics.
• Consent — for optional integrations (e.g. Telegram).

3. Processors

We use Paddle (payments / Merchant of Record), Supabase (authentication and database hosting), and email/messaging providers to deliver invitations and notifications. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms — see the Paddle Buyer Terms.

4. Retention

We keep account and learning data for the duration of your access and as required for accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and you may object to processing. To exercise these rights, email dan@dangridin.com.
