Refund Policy

1. Product. Access to the online course “B2B Cold Outreach Course” — a digital service (access to the learning platform), one-time payment in USD.
2. Full refund within 14 days. You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. We provide a full refund with no conditions, exceptions, or deductions.
3. How to request. Email dan@dangridin.com from the address used for payment. Refunds are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record) and returned to your original payment method.
4. Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing inquiries and returns. See the Paddle Buyer Terms.
