1. Seller

These Terms govern the sale of digital products by Greedin Consulting DOO, registered in Bar, Montenegro. Contact: dan@dangridin.com, +1 814 300 8866.

2. Product

We sell access to the online course “B2B Cold Outreach Course” — a digital educational service delivered through our learning platform (Dan's Vault). Pricing and the scope of each option are shown at checkout in US dollars (USD). Access is granted to the buyer's email after a successful payment.

3. Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

See also the Paddle Buyer Terms. We do not store or process card data ourselves; all payment data is handled by Paddle.

4. Delivery & access

After payment is confirmed, the buyer receives an email invitation to set up access to the course on our platform. Course materials open according to the cohort schedule shown at checkout.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Refund requests and billing inquiries are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

6. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Access is personal and non-transferable. Redistribution of course materials without permission is prohibited.
